The room at Beijing Oriental Palace Hotel was absolutely cozy and comfortable. The bed was so plush and the air conditioning worked like a charm. I loved having free WiFi and a safe too. It felt like a home away from home!

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the deep soaking bathtubs in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just me.

clean room - great location near subway & bus - close to Hutongs with cosy shops - restaurants, and cafés. Learned local insights about nearby attractions like Lama Temple. Special mention to General Manager Aifen who truly cares about the guest experience.

The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety of food and the decor of the hotel was tasteful. The staff was friendly and helpful with arranging our transportation.

The location of the hotel was not very convenient, it took about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station and the historical center was quite a distance away. while the staff were friendly, their English skills were fairly basic and we had to use a translation app for more detailed inquiries.

The value for money at Oriental Palace was excellent. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff, especially Vivian and David, were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us.

One improvement that could be made is the cleanliness and maintenance of breakfast items. The tables and floors were often dirty from earlier guests and the coffee maker frequently ran out of water.

Amazing hotel experience! the service was exceptional with very friendly and helpful staff. the complementary snacks and drinks were a great touch. the location was very convenient as it was close to public transportation and had several restaurants in the vicinity. the gym facilities were excellent.

The hotel exceeded my expectations as it had exclusive amenities that made my stay luxurious. The indoor swimming pool combined with the sauna and spa centre provided a relaxing experience. Additionally, the bar/lounge area had a cozy atmosphere where I enjoyed premium drinks.

Although my room was equipped with exclusive room advantages, the view was not up to my expectations. It faced a construction site and, as a result, was noisy during the day.
